COMMISSION TERMS OF SERVICES

By starting a request, you agree to the terms stated below. Below is the Agreement required for commissioning me (from here on referred to as “the artist):

  • The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request that doesn't adhere to the commission Terms of Service.

  • Payments are upfront via BCA (IDR) and PayPal (USD).

  • No refunds are allowed.

  • Two rounds of revision in the sketch stage and one round of revision in the base color stage are included in the base price.

  • Further revisions will be charged additionally upon agreement.

  • The artist would need approximately 2-3 days for sketch, 2-3 days for the base color, and 1-2 weeks for details and rendering.

  • The time stated are only estimations and the artist may take shorter or longer to finish depending on the circumstances, but will try their best to meet the deadline and finish within 3 weeks at the latest.

  • If something occurs that might potentially hinder the progress of a client's commission, the artist will communicate to the client and work on a new schedule.

  • Finished work will be sent as PNG and JPEG files through e-mail or Google Drive folder.

  • The shared Google Drive folder will only be available for 2 months after delivery.

  • Commissioned works are for non-profit and personal use only.

  • Publicly sharing the artwork with proper credits or using it on display for private use is allowed, but reproductions of the artwork for profit are strictly prohibited.

  • Commercial use is available with an additional fee of $50.

  • To consult and negotiate for a commercial commission, please don't hesitate to contact me.

  • Usage of artwork for tokenizing NFTs or cryptocurrencies in any form is strictly prohibited.

  • The artist retains all copyright of the produced artwork.

  • Client gives their consent for the completed artwork to be potentially displayed on the artist's social media and website or be used in their portfolio.

WORKFLOW

  • Fill out your order here. VGen commission details are available on my VGen.

  • After filling out the form, once I reviewed your request, you will receive an e-mail regarding your request status; whether it got accepted or not. The reason requests don't get accepted is most likely because: it includes points in the Won't Draw list, technical difficulties, or the quota has been met.

  • Consultation and revision will be done via e-mail or Twitter DM.

  • An invoice will be sent to your e-mail. The drawing process will only start once your payment have been confirmed.

I Will Draw

  • Real person

  • Fictional characters from anime, manga/manhwa/comic books, video games, movies or series

  • Any pairings f/m, f/f, f/m, nb, self-insert, aside from incest and/or pedophilia

  • Flowers with low to medium details.

  • Small pets such as cats, dogs, turtles, etc.

  • Mild nudity

  • Portraits

  • Scenes; please give clear description of the request.

I Will NOT Draw

  • Detailed buildings with complicated structures like castle or ancient forts. skyscrapers, housing and small stores are still acceptable.

  • Graphic depiction of violence

  • Incest or pedophilia pairings

  • Requests that contain racism or might cause conflicts between communities.
